Testosterone replacement therapy resulting in no sperm
Any one have any positive stories about this? My husband has been on TRT for 2 years and his semen analysis came back with 0. We read up on options and some are hcg, clomid or stopping all TRT in general. If you did hcg clomid or stopping. How long did it take to get pregnant? We have a child that we conceived before he started TRT in March 2019. His LH is now less than 0.2 and sperm is a 0. Any advice please!
