Pregnancy after miscarriage

Does anyone was with low hcg level in their first pregnancy which ended up in miscarriage and had a healthy second pregnancy after that ? I have lower backpain since day one of my pregnancy and I still have it..its not going away and I am afraid to try again due to this backpain thinking this pregnancy will also end up im miscarriage as my sister/mother in law says whoever have backpain in the start of their pregnancy will always end up with miscarriages.... 💔 I was only 6w3d pregnant when I miscarried.
