When did you start your nursery?

How many weeks were you when you started your nursery? 
And how many weeks were you when you were done with your nursery?

I started it recently at 17/18 weeks. Mainly because husband is off for military training and it’s the only thing that keeps me happy and excited about the baby.

I think we started getting it ready mid to late second trimester but it wasn’t actually finished & ready to go until 10 days before she was born. She didn’t start sleeping in her own room until she was 4.5 months old but it was still nice to have it set up with the rocking chair & her clothes, diapers, toys, & books. Her bedroom is on the same level as our bedroom & the living room/dining room/kitchen so we always went to her room for clothing & diaper changes & even nursing if I wanted quiet or privacy.

I will be 28 weeks on Thursday. I bought all the sheets and covers for everything a few weeks ago. Yesterday I started sorting through baby clothes and washing newborn and put them away. We got the new dressers Saturday. Unfortunately I can’t really set it up at a baby girl nursery until we move my son since he is still in the crib. So it won’t fully be done until after she’s here.

I started this week. Im 22 weeks. I bought an old dresser so j had to repaint it stain the top put handles si i knew that would take time. Also the nursery is going ito the current playroom so i want my daughter to get use to the idea that one side is hers the orher side is babies

Nursery was the old play room, we had all the toys cleared out around 15w and the nursery furniture moved in around that time too. Basically just moved it from my sons room to baby’s room.
