Blood results - NHS

I got my blood drawn about a month ago already and I haven't got any of the results back, this is on the badger notes app as they have switched from the green books you carry to this app.

Is it possible my midwife already has my results, just haven't published it on my profile or does it usually take this long? My urine sample results came back to me within days through the post so I'm confused about this.

I have my midwife appointment next week, do I wait till then to bring it up or shall I call the GP in the morning?
