Need help with rash

I got this rash that I noticed today showing up. It is kind of burning a little. It is under my belly roll and on top of my vagina as you can see from the picture. I had a laparoscopy done, and around that area was where the incision was, but the wound had healed, and it’s not red in the crease of my skin where it was. Has anyone had anything like this before? I used to get rashes a little when I weighed more, but never a patch like this. If you had it, what did you do for it?
