Does this look like an in coming cold sore ?😭😢

I might just be over thinking it but I let my daughter go spend a day at her dads house over the weekend and he had an active cold sore about 2-3 weeks ago. I told him not to kiss her but he probably didn’t listen to me. I just want to make sure she’s okay since I’m a first time mom and she’s only about to turn 3 months💔
