40+1 and still waiting 🤣

Its getting harder and harder to carry myself. I keep getting period cramps that wrap around my back but nothing consistent. This has been going on for 2 days now but dont progress any further.

Could this be a sign of dilation? Labour approaching? This is my second baby, with my first i went until 40+1 my water broke and contractions started much much later. Got to 10cm, pushed for two hours, vaccuum and then ended in a emergency csection as babies shoulder was stuck and head was really wedged into the pelvis (getting an epidural at 5cm wasnt a good idea as being mobile probably would of helped)

I am going for a unmedicated/natural VBAC and really hope all goes well but im starting to feel nervous!

Im bouncing on the ball, raspberry leaf tea, dates, trying to walk but the weather hasnt been great. Baby is head down and his head is sitting smack bang on my cervix but he seems to be too comfortable.

Any advice to get things going? I am against induction at this point so only looking for naturally inducing labour tips :)
