Anyone get bad anxiety before posting pics?

I LOVE this pic. It makes me feel confident and sexy. Yes there’s a filter :) I want to post it but there’s this little voice that stops me and I always worry what people will say and think about me. Plus the more I look at it, the more I pick out flaws. This has always been a problem. Anyone else deal with it?

Also I’m not fishing for compliments and it’s a lot easier to post on here where I don’t know anyone
