Dryness

After my tuba ligation in 2018 I have been suffering with dryness inner and outer and then I got a gastric sleeve almost a year ago and it has gotten worse. Sex isn’t pleasurable and I get mines off the next day while doing my regular life duties. I don’t know what I should do. I asked my gynecologist and he has me on a daily probiotic and a bi weekly metrogel at bedtime. Does anyone or has anyone suffered from such a thing if so what are your remedies. I’m thinking it’s hormonal now...
