Miscarriage question

So I think I may have had a miscarriage but I’m not sure. Im 5 weeks pregnant and at like 4 weeks my boobs got huge and started producing milk and I was having bad mood swings and my acne disappeared. So I had bright red bleeding and some clotting for two days. It stopped yesterday. On the second day literally all my symptoms went away and my boobs got small again. My acne came back full force. I was like 100% positive I just lost my baby. But today I took a pregnancy test and it’s very positive. I have an appointment Wednesday by the way, I’m just looking for some advice or thoughts. Thank you!
