Early miscarriage

Hi girls

I’m not sure if I am experiencing an early miscarriage I will be calling my GP on Monday

My AF was late by 2 days and I have done a test (3 from the same brand), came out like this on the picture so BFP (faint)

But I am spotting first started brown now red/brown to bright blood only when I go for a pee , it is very little too like not even to cover a panty liner but it is worrying has anyone experience this too ? I have cramps and my boobs are sore on and off too.
