Do first cycle pregnancies actually happen?

First cycle TTC after a few months of using this app to cycle track. I’ve noticed the community feature can be BOGGED down with constant negativity about the real chances of having a baby (for good reason - those struggles and feelings are so valid and I wish you all the best of luck!). But does anyone have any POSITIVE experiences TTC or even being successful the first go round to share with an anxious hopes-to-be mama?
