Trying to conceive with pcos is hard I really had hope this time I’m sitting here crying did letrozole for the first time last month an af shows . The gyno even had hope he said u ovulated this is your month boy am I crying so hard . Never been pregnant I’m 25 I’m on letrozole but I want to know what other ladies used to conceive while having pcos will I ever get pregnant
