Freaking out

I’m 5w5d and just saw pink tinged discharge when I wiped. Haven’t had sex so it’s not that. I am trying not to freak out but this is honestly really scaring me. I had a miscarriage before my first child was born at this same time frame and I’m so afraid it’s about to happen again. I don’t really know what to do, should I just keep waiting to see if it gets heavier or bright red before contacting my midwife? I mean at this point it will be too early for them to check viability on ultrasound anyway.
