Am I wrong?

My fiancé played his video game from 11 am yesterday until 7 am today and he called into work because he was tired. I got upset because we really need the money (I’m a a SAHM) but he told me it’s paid time off. I’m upset because he won’t take off work for anything else important like our daughters check ups or for him to see a doctor bc he’s been depressed and I know he needs to get on medicine. Anyways he always tells me he can’t miss work bc he doesn’t have the time off to do so but magically today bc he stayed up for almost 24 hours on his video game he called in. Meanwhile I’m stuck taking care of our 4 month old all day by myself again while he gets to sleeps all day. Am I wrong for being mad?
