Is this my period??:(

Hey guys. Got my IUD pulled 6/7/21. Started bleeding for a few days that week. I’ve been using CB advance ovulation tests and have been getting “high” on all of them 2x daily. I did not catch a peak. Two days ago I woke up with the heaviest and sorest boobs & just an hour ago the period diarrhea started and now I’m spotting pink/red. Is this my period?:( I don’t even think I ovulated this month. It looked like the line on my LH test was getting a little darker too. :( I hope I’m not out this month but I figured it would take my body awhile to be normal again. Any advice? Should I stop testing? Does this sound like my period? Here is a picture of my cycle.
