Is this gas lighting?

So tomorrow is my birthday and my partner and I had a party her apartment. The day before the party I told her I wanted to eat some cake and had asked her if she got a cake for the party. She then says to me that I ruined the surprise. Today I brought it up that it bothered me the way that she talked me saying I ruined the surprise when I was just asking about cake so I would get my own cake if she didn’t. She then tells me today that she was “just joking” which pissed me off and I walked away. I was just trying to tell her how I felt and I felt ignored.
