Breastpump through insurance

I ordered a Breastpump through aeroflow with insurance in March and a rx was required which my doctor did send out because I received my maternity belt and socks couple weeks later. My Breastpump has not arrived and my Edd was July 26 sadly that has changed and I will be getting induced or having a scheduled c section within the next two weeks because baby is not the weight he should be. I want to exclusively pump but now I think that has changed since the pump Most likely won’t be here in time. I don’t want to buy another pump when my Insurance covered it for me. Is there Anyway of contacting them and letting them know?
