Constipated af. TMI lol

I’m on meds for severe nausea, the ones I’m taking causes constipation. I literally had not pooped in like 3 days. Well today I already went like 4 times & it hurts like a b 😩 I was also bleeding when I wiped but it wasn’t a lot. I’m currently 9 weeks pregnant. Could these be like a hemorrhoid or something?
