Family involvement

Hey— I haven’t seen a post like it yet, but have any of you dealt with your inlaws or even your family having no real involvement in the pregnancy (no excitement/no registry or gifts nada) yet still expecting to get pictures and FaceTimes as soon as your Lo is out?

How are you guys dealing with this if applicable? I think it’s stressing me out already having people who made no effort expect these things and pestering my spouse while I’m recovering more so than the actual idea of labor again 🥴😅

I would love ideas but I hope you mamas also aren’t dealing with this!!
