Dating advice

So… this is kind of a long story and I just need some help.

I started seeing this guy when I was younger (lost my virginity to him actually) and the relationship didn’t last long, it was just a fling and we went our separate ways.

About 6 weeks ago, I started a new job and guess who’s my boss… yep him.

So we started talking again, at first just about work, then about our lives and it turns out the long term girlfriend he had after me and him… well they just broke up. So we start talking some more about how we both just kinda wanna fuck around without any strings and one thing leads to another, I’m at his place and we’re hooking up. We hooked up quite a bit over the past two weeks and I’ve also gotten to really get to know him and…

He told me he thinks he’s catching feelings for me and honestly I think I might be too, but idk. I have severe commitment/ abandonment issues (thanks mom and dad) and Ive never been good in relationships, hence the reason we actually broke up in the first place, so I just don’t know if I should try to pursue a relationship with him, or just be fwb… any advice??
