Pregnant- bleeding after intercourse.

I am 36 weeks pregnant today. When I woke up this morning, me and my husband had intercourse, which for the first time resulted in bleeding. I wouldn't say it was a whole lot, but a bit more than spotting. I immediately called my drs office, and they said it was normal to spot after intercourse, and because I have a drs appt tomorrow they told me to just make sure the baby is moving as normal and take it easy until my appt. I have been continuously spotting all day, and the baby is still moving regularly but I am just worried!! Should I STILL be bleeding after 12+ hours?? Also I feel a little sore when the baby moves. I just won't feel at ease until I see my dr tomorrow.
