Low lying placenta..

First time mother here, I’m 29 weeks 2 days. I was told today that I have a low lying placenta and my doctor told me to just take it easy and avoid having sex. Has anyone ever had this and everything turned out fine? I’m little worried, my doctor didn’t say I needed to be on bed rest, just to take it easy. The doctor wants to do another ultrasound in 4 weeks to make sure everything is fine and the placenta has moved up. My doctor didn’t seem that worried so I’m guessing it’s not too low just a little low but not low to actually worry. I suck at just getting to the point lol. But has everything turned out fine? I’ll be 33 weeks when I get rechecked. So hopefully my placenta moved 🤞🏻😩
