How low are chances of having a mmc at 8 weeks if baby has a strong heartbeat of 161 I’m so terrified to have one and just wanna know what they are or how you know you have one or the chances of having one .

My doctor told me that at 7 weeks its a 10% chance of miscarriage and 12 weeks it’s 2%, which carries all the way through the end of the pregnancy.  Hope that helps with your question. And I wish you nothing but the best.

There’s never a guarantee with pregnancy. Can’t no one give tell that you are good but your doctor. I’m saying this because I made it to 16wks and baby had 168 heartbeat and 2wks later out of no where I went into labor and lost my baby. Not saying to worry you saying this to tell you that no one tell your fine because anything can happen. It don’t mean worry it means stop over thinking everything and enjoy your pregnancy because stress is not good for you or baby. Good luck and pray for you to have a healthy pregnancy

I'm currently in the middle of a mmc. Found out at 11 weeks my baby had passed away at 9.5 weeks. The only "sign" I had was that I lost my nausea around when the baby died. Baby still has not came out. Hoping it'll happen naturally. And yes I did have multiple ultrasounds. Showing heartbeats. The chances are very low though I will say. I think my risk was about 3-4 %. So it does happen but don't worry yourself too much! You can't think of the 3%. You gotta think of the 97% 💗

So many factors play into “the chances” of it happening, there’s no set percentage I can give you. However, if you’ve made it to 8 weeks, you are doing great and there is no reason to worry/stress until your doctor gives you a reason to. You’re 2 months along and baby is steadily growing. Soon enough you’ll be in your second trimester (14 weeks).
