Usually no unless there is a reason to, like if you’ve had previous miscarriages.

Congrats! Definitely call your doctor. They’ll do bloods to evaluate your levels and then set you up for an ultrasound appointment to check out baby and see how far along you are.

I did not. This nausea, huge belly of bloat and 2x hungrier confirmed it for me lol. But at my first appointment my blood work was done with HCG and progesterone so I guess that is confirmation by then.
