First us... Confused

I went for a dating us today. Supposedly thought I was almost 8 weeks based on when my last period was. The us tech said there's a sac but probably too early to see anything else. I had both abdominal and transvaginal us. I just read the report and said there's a sac like whatever without yolk sac or embryo and to come back in a couple of weeks. It also says 6 weeks 3 days. Am I reading too much into it and stressing for nothing? Or should I be concerned?
