First pap exam tips

I'm about to get my first pap test but I don't really know a whole lot about it. I'm kinda nervous. I was wondering if you ladies had any tips since I never grew up with a mom/mother figure to tell me this kinda stuff, sorry 😅 Tysm in advance! :)
