FTM, is this normal does it get better?! (Cross posted to reach more people)

FTM baby is 4mo old, vaginal birth no tearing, yes epidural seemingly no side effects.

My vagina has been DEAD like dry, can’t feel anything sex related (it’s not uncomfortable I just have absolutely zero feeling, not even numb tingling) can’t feel my SO enter, anything. My clit has some mild sensation and anal is perfectly fine. But I want me vagina back. I’ve been to the Dr. she’s stumped and I start pelvic floor therapy next week. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this as well? Does it get better?
