Early symptoms?

So my period is in 7 days. The past 2-3 days I have been experiencing major heartburn, it’s pretty constant. I haven’t had heartburn since my third trimester with my son. I’m trying to be patient but I think I’m just going to test tomorrow morning anyway. I’ve also been having a white discharge on my panties which I know can be normal but usually it doesn’t ever reach my panties if that makes sense. Also, one of my boobs has been tender to touch for 3 days. Weird that its just one.

I guess my question is has anyone had these as early signs of pregnancy? I know everyone is different but I’m just curious what others have experienced. Thank you for your help!
