Nicu baby

My daughter was born at 35 weeks 4 days I am a type one diabetic and I was in dka when my water broke so I was on a insulin drip we did a c section and my daughter had to go straight to the nicu because she wasn’t breathing good and her sugar levels were low she weighed 8 pounds at delivery she is healthy now but the only thing that’s keeping us from going home is she won’t eat out of a bottle except a couple of cc she has to take 68 cc every feeding for 48 hours she is 39 weeks today and still hasn’t been able to do it has anyone else had this experience?
