I’m feeling alone 😞

I have a two year old daughter who I stay home with. I’m almost 6 weeks pregnant and I’m sooooo freaking exhausted. I have zero energy to even get off the couch. I feel so bad because I know she’s bored but I just cannot physically go and do anything 😞
