How do u know ur overweight ?😭

So i was 130 before i got pregnant.. now im at 165 and i feel like the fatttest person ever. I cant look at myself . I gave birth 9 months ago… am I overweight? Will i have health problems??

You can calculate BMI through a variety of online calculators. Just need height and weight. But BMI should be taken as a guideline. It is has its limitations. It doesn’t consider body
composition which is why a lot of athletes are overweight or even obese according BMI but it’s just their muscle mass.

BMI is highly outdated and should not be used as a guideline at this point. 
Well, how do you feel in your body right now? Are you moving, eating foods that fuel your body and make you feel good, drinking water? 
On top of this; you need to adjust how you speak to yourself. First of all, being fat isn’t the worst thing on the planet so stop using it as an insult. Secondly, health problems don’t magically appear with a little added weight. If you’re uncomfortable start adding more fruits, veggies, proteins, healthy fats, minimal processed foods, at least 64 ounces of water, take a walk every day, move in other ways, etc.

Depends on your height and how you carry your weight. Look up a body fat percentage calculator. It’s much more accurate then BMI. Don’t beat yourself up for your weight though. You had a baby less then a year ago! If you are overweight, unless your very short, it’s probably not by a whole lot and I wouldn’t worry about health problems.
