Why am I not excited...

My husband and I just got confirmation that I am pregnant. I have felt it and known I am pregnant for a couple weeks but the second like just appeared. This will be my second. My first is 14 months and perfect in every way.

I just am really struggling to process this and am not feeling excited about this second baby. We wanted to kids and I thought I was ready for the second but I am just having so much anxiety about it I am not excited.... I really want to be excited... any advice? Did any mothers go through this with their subsequent children?
