Please tell me I’m not dreaming.

I was diagnosed with PCOS this Jan and since then started the heartbreaks of seeing no 2nd line on my home preg test.

Today I had this Vivid dream that somehow I’m pregnant and woke up and did a test

I casually looked at the Stick saw nothing positive from far took it closer and saw double lines, I cried and showed my husband the faint second line he was very happy but told me he couldn’t see it

Then we compared it to a clean stick and we both saw the 2nd line.

If I may ask you’ll to please confirm the same.
