Baby rash?

Question

Hello, does someone know what that could be ? He has it on his back, shoulders and some on his face. I’ve noticed it 2 days ago and it’s still there.

I'm no expert on babies as i dont have one of my own but i have cared for many nieces and nephews and I've seen rashes that were just because of heat or because of the brand of baby powder or formula we  were using at the time and once due to an allergic reaction to certain foods. it doesn't have to be a life or death thing but I'd suggest you have it checked out to determine exactly what's causing it and get the proper treatment. this forum may provide suggestions but you won't know for sure until you get a professional's opinion.
