Sickness. Should I be concerned?

My daughter is really sick. I noticed she was getting a cough 4 days ago and yesterday it got worse. She's got a cough, runny nose, really fussy, not really drinking and won't eat.  Today she has got a temp that reached 101.4 and I gave her some Tylenol. I plan on taking her to urgent Care once my husband gets off work. My only concern is is she has only peed 1 time since 8am and it's currently 2pm. Should I be concerned?

I’ve been sick with the same symptoms minus a fever and I haven’t been very hungry. I’ve been drinking, but also an adult and understand the importance of hydration especially when sick. Hopefully she’s feeling better soon! It’s been 1 week for me and I’m still feeling like I haven’t quite turned the corner! The cough is draining my energy. If she’s not sleeping because she’s up coughing and you can’t get her fever down with Tylenol or ibuprofen, I’d bring her in. Also if she sounds like her airway is constricted she should be seen. It’s likely a viral infection and there isn’t much you can do but let it run it’s course. Hopefully she’s feeling better soon!

My daughter is just getting over a sickness. She had all the same things minus the fever. She didn’t pee because she refused water. I threw every fluid at her and let her drink whatever she would to get some fluids in her. Luckily she drank milk and that got her to have wet diapers again
