Help please - Fluoxetine / prozac anti-depression tablets

Hey! I have been struggling a while and, the dr has prescribed me Fluoxetine / prozac anti-depression tablets but, I’m so nervous/ scared to take them.

I’ve been putting it off for weeks but, I’m not feeling any better so I know I need to take them. Has anyone taken these and can advise your side effects? I’m worried about increase risk of self harm, weight gain and bad skin. It will be greatly appreciated your feedback.
