Pancreatitis

Has anyone have pancreatic problems before? Would love to know your symptoms and what happened.

I have been have very bad mid belly pain that radiates to my back. I’ve been going to the bathroom multiple times and when I eat or go to the bathroom that pain gets worse. It’s not constant or I would be at the hospital right now, it comes and goes but did last a little longer than usual earlier today. I have IBS so idk if I ate something that triggered it for the past couple of days or what, I can’t really tell because its a different type of pain than I usually get with my IBS. But I’ve also been getting horrible abdominal cramps and pain for 5 months now and bleeding a lot.. idk if it has anything to do with this or what.

EDIT: I have already had my gallbladder removed. I also want to add that my periods have been irregular since February and that’s why I’m bleeding a lot off and on and spotting and I went to a gyno and they only put me on BC saying I was fine and my hormones are messed up. I just didn’t know if maybe the bleeding was from something else and not like a period bleeding
