Needing some advice please

Okay I mayyy sound stupid if I do I'm sorry but I'm kinda worried I've posted about my cyst before and how i found out my tube is also blocked but I've also started getting shoulder pain right at the top on both sides and I'm hoping it's because I may have slept on my shoulder wrong but the thing is is that it keeps coming back and has been for probably about a week now so now I'm starting to think that I may not have slept on my shoulder wrong and that it could have something to do with the cyst, can cysts cause this type of shoulder pain it's really annoyingly sharp but not a constant pain it'll come and go and both shoulders will do it 😖
