Shoe size

Are any of you self conscious about your shoe size? I used to wear a 9.5-10 in women's and since I gave birth to my 3rd child I wear a size 12. Lately I've been buying men shoes and my boyfriend has been asking me what size I wear because he wants to get us matching shoes but I'm not comfortable telling him.
