Please help

I made a post last night about how I had a bug bite that developed a reddish streak coming from it, and googling said that I had cellulitis and that it can be very serious. Thing is, I couldn't get to a doctor or go to the ER like people were telling me to until today but I just woke up and there's no line anymore, and the bug bite is almost completely faded. So I don't know if I still need to go?
