Paraguard complications/ Endo?
I've had the paraguard for a year now and ever since getting it my menstrual cramps have been worse which was to be expected, however I had my right ovary partially removed due to cyst that was causing pain 2 months prior to the IUD being placed all was good those 2 months before it being placed. About 2 months after the paraguard being placed my pelvic pain came back, I'm curious as to if this is from my IUD because it's worse then it has ever been and my doctor said I just have small cyst back nothing needing surgery. I went to another doctor who did a pelvic exam and just by feeling he said I had endometriosis and wants to do surgery. My question is can a doctor tell you have endo just by feeling? And has anyone had symptoms that mimic endo because of an IUD? I've felt great the last 3 weeks, my husband and I had intercourse this morning and for some reason it sent me back into pain to the point I can't move it feels paralyzing and I feel it in my front center pelvic and the pain radiates into my colon like I feel like I literally need to shit like I'm constipated or something but I'm not. So I have no idea if I should trust a doctor who says it's endo just by feeling or to get another opinion or if someone else has had this pain from an IUD?? Any help is appreciated!
