Preeclampsia ?

So I’ve been noticing swelling in my ankles, hands and sometimes my face. Well some days it gets really bad to where it hurts to walk. I’ve had headaches that won’t go away with medicine twice now, it’s not everyday . My vision was flashy to the point where it kinda affected my driving . I just had my appointment last week and things seemed fine . This is my 2nd pregnancy 28 weeks pregnant. Should I be concerned? I don’t want to be going to the hospital because it’s an hour drive and I have a toddler that makes it hard to get out sometimes. Are preeclampsia symptoms on and off ? Or is there any like warning signs like hey get your butt to the hospital? ( photo was taken at my appointment and was told It’s normal)
