Birth Control Recommendations

Does anyone know birth controls suitable for someone who already has very painful and heavy, long periods? I am also anemic and I’m looking for a birth control that will not make me gain weight or have too much acne. I know everybody is different but I have never been on birth control before so I’d like to hear everyone’s experiences and what they think is best. I’m having my first baby in August and I’m considering a long term birth control. I’m very new to birth control also so advice would be great, thank you. ❤️
