What does this mean?

Ok I’m not 100% into him but. There is this guy I met during an online class. I got his snap, we did snap a little bit just of random pictures and I stop it. and we just met in person at orientation. At orientation he was kinda looking at me and smiling. And he snap me back right away after and said “nice meeting you again.” Ever since then (like 3 weeks ago) we have been talking every day. But he takes really long to respond. Like 5 to 10 hours. Or he will respond in 30 minutes. But he keeps the conversation going. He will even look at my story and not snap me back. But he keeps the conversation going. What does it mean is he into me or not. I don’t care if it’s mean or not. I’m not like 100% into him, I just want some thoughts lol.
