Forth of July wipe out ☹️

So we just got to our Fourth of July party and my husband was helping his coworker set up the chairs and tent we brought, Victor runs to the trampoline to play with the other kids, they all jump for 5 minutes not even and run off to play somewhere else. So Victor was still jumping but next to the trampoline was a big rock which he kept jumping next to and I asked him to get off and he did. We are walking back towards the house so I can put down the diaper bag and take Mia out of the carrier. He literally ran to the trampoline I didn't get a chance to put anything down. I turn around for 2 seconds and he bolted towards the other kids, didn't see the step and fell face first onto concrete. We took him inside and cleaned him up but his mouth was bleeding a lot and his eye started swelling so we went to the er to make sure nothing was wrong. Thankfully he's okay just scraped up and has a bruise. Unfortunately they said to keep him out of the sun so it doesn't scar but this kid loves being outside. We are using vitamin e and neosporin is there any other medicines or home remedies you have found that would work a miracle to heal this. We are supposed to leave for the beach Thursday but now are second guessing the trip
