Back belts recommendations ???

Hi ladies what back belt do you guys recommend I’m 21 weeks pregnant with horrible back pain or any other suggestions? The pain kills me every time I wanna lay down 😣😣

Answer

Instead of a pregnancy support belt I wore K Tape. I am shorter and found the support belt actually caused more pain for me. I had such bad sciatic pain I couldn't walk up steps or get into bed. Once I started using the tape I was able to do those things on my own again.
