If your baby wakes in the night but is not crying, how long do you wait before you feed/change or resettle them?

Clearly awake, moving around, making noises/vocalisations, blowing raspberries, etc.
Is it normal for them to wake and not cry like this? Like basically just having a party by themselves in their crib?

Around 1:00 am my son starts to get fussy, he doesn’t cry but he starts moving around and making noises so I get up and make him a bottle. He goes right back to sleep. He usually wakes up around 5:00-5:30 and he’s  awake in his crib. He’s usually blowing raspberries or rolling over. I put him in my bed at that time and he goes back to sleep until about 6:30 and then we are up for the day

My baby girls does this but I still change her right away and make her a bottle Bc Ik she’s been asleep for a while so she’ll definitely be hungry when I do it like this she goes back to sleep quickly
