Has anyone used “Taking Cara Babies” sleep program? If so can you share your experience? I love her stuff so I’m thinking about looking into the 5+ old program. Thanks!!

I used the newborn program. My almost 5 month old can fall asleep independently for all naps and bedtime!  I just lay her down awake and she put herself to sleep with minimal fussing. We don’t use a pacifier either. She wakes up once to eat because she is hungry and then goes right back to sleep. I’ve never done the 5+ month program but I would recommend her based on what I’ve experienced. I didn’t use her with my older son and had to sleep train when he was at my daughters age now

I got the 3-4 month book at 4 months and my baby was putting herself to sleep for all naps and most bedtimes within a few days. 
I had planned on getting the 5month one as well but I really don’t think we need to now.

I did her newborn program and her months 3+4 month bundle. My girl puts herself to sleep and is an excellent sleeper!! Highly recommend!!!
