Girls, I really need some help. I’ve struggled with acne on my shoulders and back since I was 12. I’ve finally gotten my face to clear up but I cannot clear my back. What should I do? How can I possibly clear it? It’s embarrassing and can sometimes be uncomfortable . Thanks

The same token acne comes from several things, what we put in our body, what comes in contact with our body, increase your hydration, eating clean, foods that grow on the earth and walk on the earth, cutting out soy, gluten, caramel coloring, all the artificial things dark colored sodas, you have to figure out what is causing this, could be detergent, soaps, lotions, make up, things that you’re using to apply make up or your pillows, your sheets, anything That comes in contact with your skin, bathing suits, anything that’s not a breathable fabric, make sure you’re wearing cotton breathable fabric clothing, and with a summer everyone’s sweating more obviously, could be a chemical reaction to chlorine, could be many things you just have to figure it out one by one. But it’s usually what we put in our body that causes it. So check out your diet and what you’re eating￼

Ask your dermatologist to prescribe Spironolactone.  It works beautifully!!!  (It’s a pill)

They used to make the liquid one and I loved the fresh spring scent.  it helped clear my skin. Only downside is it dries my skin, Hey that’s what lotions and moisturizers are for 😝But I can’t find the liquid one anymore, so I use the bar soap.

this works pretty well! my dermatologist also prescribed me a gel for my back and chest that worked better, so maybe try talk to your dermatologist. otherwise, this worked too.
